Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Items are shipped from Cameroon and France.

Deliveries are made by DHL, Colissimo with signature and Campost.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will be notified again when your order has been dispatched. Depending on stock levels at the time of ordering, we may have to start manufacturing items in our workshops, which may extend delivery times by 5 to 10 days. For some rarer items, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery (see item description).

Shipping rates and estimates

Shipping costs of your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of order validation.

The delivery is offered in metropolitan France and Monaco. Depending on the product category, shipping is free in Europe and worldwide.

Promotional offer

As part of the "Delivery, Return and Exchange FREE"(CGV 15.1), which applies in mainland France and Monaco.

The terms and conditions of this offer are as follows:
- Requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Offer valid for Juju Hat and Tête Perlée products.
- The offer is valid for purchases made and delivered in mainland France and Monaco.
- Offer limited to two items per household.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller. The seller will reimburse the postage costs directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
